KNABD

Your details,
handled with care.

This notice covers the Knabd website, early-access list, saved restaurant workspaces and interactive demos.

What you share with us

When you join early access, Tockly Limited collects your name, email address, business name and business type, plus your approximate weekly covers and current booking setup if you choose to share them. We store these details to manage your early-access request, understand the kinds of businesses interested in Knabd and contact you about availability.

Interactive demos

The sample booking demos run in your browser. Booking details entered there aren’t submitted to a business or saved to our early-access database. They disappear when you reload or leave the page. Use fictional sample details to explore without entering personal information.

Your saved business workspace

If you create a restaurant workspace, we use your signed-in account identifier to keep your workspace separate from other accounts. The business settings, booking records, guest contact details, preferences and waitlist entries you enter are stored in our database. Each request is checked against your account and venue membership. Venue owners can invite staff or managers and revoke their access. Invitations are bound to an email address, expire after seven days and are shared by the venue owner. Only enter information you are entitled to use, and keep guest notes relevant to their booking.

The sample business workspace at /workspace/demo stays in your browser and resets on reload. Saved workspaces at /workspace are different: those records remain available when you return. Automatic confirmation and reminder messages are sent only when the venue and Knabd have enabled the relevant service. Deposits currently use Stripe sandbox mode; real payments are not enabled.

Online reservations

When you book directly with a venue, we store your name, email, optional phone number, reservation details and any requests you provide in that venue’s workspace. Its authorised team can see these details. Your private booking link lets you view, change, cancel or reconfirm your reservation. Keep the link private: anyone with it can manage the booking. We store a one-way hash to verify the link and an encrypted copy so it can be included in your booking messages. Temporary rate-limit records help protect booking pages from misuse.

Venue owners and managers can export their guest list. Booking changes and cancellations follow the venue’s displayed notice period. A cancellation releases capacity but retains the reservation in the venue’s history.

Storage and service providers

The website, early-access data and workspace records are hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare services. These providers process technical information needed to operate and secure the site. Card details are entered directly into Stripe Checkout; Knabd stores the deposit amount, status and provider references, not card numbers. When enabled, Resend processes booking emails and Twilio processes SMS to guests who opt in. These messages include your private management link. Provider credentials and queued message contents are encrypted in our database. We keep a delivery history so the venue can investigate failed messages. We don’t sell your early-access details.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your early-access details or saved workspace, or ask us not to contact you. Email contact@tockly.ai. We keep early-access information while we handle your interest, unless you ask us to remove it earlier.
