What can I use today?+
Create a saved restaurant workspace with online bookings, named dining areas, private rooms, walk-ins, a waitlist and guest history. Guests receive a private page for changes, cancellations and reconfirmation. Explore the sample before setting up your venue.
How does table availability work?+
Enter your tables, assign them to indoor, outdoor or bar areas, and add private rooms with their own capacity. Choose which tables can join and set service, sitting and reset times. Knabd checks that a table fits the whole visit and limits how many guests can arrive in each 15- or 30-minute interval. You can choose a table yourself or use the best available fit.
Can I manage walk-ins and a waitlist?+
Yes. Add a walk-in, record a waiting party, and see the first suitable opening. A waitlist place becomes a reservation only when you save the booking. Cancelling a reservation releases its table and arrival capacity.
Can guests choose an area or book a private room?+
Yes. Set up indoor dining, outdoor areas, a bar or private rooms, with their own hours and closed dates. You choose which spaces appear online. Whole-room bookings reserve the room while keeping the rest of the venue available.
Will guests need an app?+
The customer booking flow works in a web browser. Guests use their private booking link to manage a reservation. Your business workspace uses a sign-in and venue-specific permissions to protect saved records.
Can I use it across several venues?+
Yes. Add separate venues under one account and switch between them. Each has its own tables, bookings, guests and team access. Invite staff to run the diary or managers to also edit the venue setup.
